The Gap

No Single Treatment Is Right for Everyone

Post-trauma is a wound that lives in the body, not only in memory. Therapeutic conversations can provide a framework and words, but they do not always reach the root. Medications can dull the intensity but do not heal. Many fighters find themselves managing symptoms for years, without anything truly changing inside. Not because they did not try, but because the existing tools are not always enough on their own.

Our journey begins about two months before departure for Peru and continues for six months afterward. It is a long-term commitment to deep healing.

Preparation

Personal Interviews

An in-depth clinical assessment to evaluate candidacy and align expectations.

Group Meetings

Building trust and a sense of tribal closeness before departure.

Kambo Cleansing

A traditional, non-psychoactive Amazonian ceremony offered only after suitability is assessed and in accordance with safety protocols.

Breathwork (Rebirthing)

For somatic regulation and access to suppressed emotions.

Group and Individual Conversations

Facilitated by clinical psychologists to create a safe container and begin engaging with emotional material.

Peru · 14 Days

Amazonian Medicine Retreat in Peru

Retreat space in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest

For two weeks, we step away from the noise of the modern world and enter the Peruvian Amazon rainforest—a secure, secluded environment with continuous support from the team.

Ayahuasca and Amazonian Plant Medicines

Guided by an experienced Peruvian medicine woman, and supported by a mentor team of combat veterans who have themselves been through a similar healing journey, alongside clinical therapists.

Daily Integration

Group and individual meetings with clinical therapists to process material that arises during the journey.

Holistic Activities

Movement, communal cooking, and shared creativity.

Individual Bodywork

Support for physical and emotional release throughout the stay.
